OMG, I MADE A COLRESS FANART! I've been hooked on this guy for a long time already and since I've received my Colress card www.ebay.com/itm/POKEMON-CARD-…   I HAD TO DO A FANART OF HIM!
(The card is really gorgeous!)
I made him more evil looking than in the anime/manga, so I hope you don't mind.XD
This is also my first time doing neon type draws and I'm quite happy with the result.
